Office Administrator Opportunity in Kirkland

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Kirkland. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our exclusive clientele, handling reception duties, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage reception duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Contract to hire position
Salary $21-$24/hour
