Buscamos un Director de Marketing dinámico y manos a la obra para unirse a nuestro equipo y liderar nuestros esfuerzos de marketing desde cero en Tripshepherd, una empresa líder en viajes que se especializa en tours en grupo pequeño a través de América del Norte.

Responsabilidades
  • Desarrollar y implementar una estrategia de marketing integral que se alinee con los objetivos comerciales de Tripshepherd.
  • Ejecutar campañas de marketing a través de varios canales, incluyendo publicidad digital (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram), marketing de contenido, correo electrónico, SEO/SEM y redes sociales.
  • Administrar directamente todas las plataformas de marketing, asegurando el rendimiento óptimo y manteniéndose actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías.
Creación y Gestión de Contenido
  • Supervisar la creación de contenido de alta calidad para varios canales de marketing, incluyendo blogs, publicaciones de redes sociales, boletines y materiales promocionales.
  • Colaborar con creadores de contenido y diseñadores para asegurarse de que todos los materiales de marketing se alineen con la voz y la identidad visual de la marca.
Desarrollo de la Marca y Compromiso con los Clientes
  • Mejorar y proteger la marca de Tripshepherd, asegurando la coherencia del mensaje a través de todos los canales.
  • Comunicarse con los clientes a través de las redes sociales y otros canales, construir una comunidad leal y recopilar retroalimentación valiosa.
Requisitos del Candidato
  • 5+ años de experiencia en un rol de marketing con un enfoque en la ejecución práctica, preferiblemente en la industria de viajes, hospedaje o industrias relacionadas.
  • Registro probado de desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de marketing exitosas que impulsan el crecimiento y la conciencia de la marca.
  • Comprensión profunda del marketing digital, incluyendo PPC, SEO/SEM, redes sociales y marketing de correo electrónico.
  • Habilidades de creación de contenido sólidas, con experiencia en la gestión de contenido a través de varios canales.
  • Capacidad para utilizar herramientas de análisis como Google Analytics, HubSpot o plataformas similares para rastrear el rendimiento y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos sólidas con la capacidad de gestionar múltiples campañas e iniciativas simultáneamente.
  • Habilidades de comunicación sólidas, tanto escritas como orales, con una habilidad para contar historias y construir la marca.
