Mamma\u2019s Inn is seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, supervising staff, and conducting performance reviews.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for preparing budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses, and implementing marketing activities.

In this fast-paced environment, you will need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. If you are a client-focused individual with excellent written and oral communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Implement marketing activities
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Address customers\u2019 complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Establish work schedules
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
  • Client-focused individual with excellent written and oral communication skills
