Job Title: Fruit Farm Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Fruit Farm Labourer to join our team at Tregunno Fruit Farms Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes, as well as packing fruits and vegetables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Pack fruits and vegetables
  • Pick row and orchard crops
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Sort fruits and vegetables
  • Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
  • Weeding
  • Clean work area
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
Requirements:
  • Experience an asset
  • Durée de l'emploi: Saisonnier

  • Heures de travail: 40 hours per week
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, under pressure, handling heavy loads, and tight deadlines. The job requires physical demands, including standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
