Senior Data Scientist/Team Lead

Join our team of experts in risk modeling and strategies as a Senior Data Scientist/Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing risk decision models for personal financing products. Your expertise will be essential in supporting and coaching two senior data scientists in model development and ensuring the smooth progression of activities.

As a Senior Data Scientist/Team Lead, you will also be responsible for organizing and leading discussions with business line and risk management partners for model approval. You will oversee the deployment of models in decision engines, alongside the team and partners. Additionally, you will advance expertise and maturity of strategies by exploring new data sources (internal or external) or new modeling techniques like artificial intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in modeling, decision strategies, or other relevant data science roles
  • Proficiency in statistical/econometric models and machine learning
  • Expertise in statistical programming tools like SAS/SQL (R or Python)
  • Knowledge of personal credit products and risk management
