About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our team in developing risk decision models for personal financing products. As a Senior Data Scientist and Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing risk decision models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques
  • Leading and mentoring a team of senior data scientists to ensure smooth progression of activities
  • Collaborating with business line and risk management partners to ensure model approval and deployment
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and risk management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
  • 3-5 years of experience in modeling, decision strategies, or other relevant data science roles
  • Proficiency in statistical programming tools like SAS/SQL (R or Python)
  • Knowledge of personal credit products and risk management
