Job Title: Senior Data Scientist/Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist/Team Lead to join our Risk Modeling and Strategies team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing risk decision models for personal financing products. You will also support and coach two senior data scientists in model development, ensure smooth progression of activities, and oversee the deployment of models in decision engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop risk decision models for personal financing products
  • Support and coach two senior data scientists in model development
  • Ensure smooth progression of activities
  • Oversee the deployment of models in decision engines
  • Advance expertise and maturity of strategies by exploring new data sources and modeling techniques

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in modeling, decision strategies, or other relevant data science roles
  • Proficiency in statistical/econometric models and machine learning
  • Expertise in statistical programming tools like SAS/SQL (R or Python)
  • Knowledge of personal credit products and risk management
