With a rich history dating back to 1991, we have evolved from a small operation to a major player in the food service disposables, paper and packaging products, janitorial equipment and supplies, industrial packaging, and safety equipment throughout Ontario and into Michigan.

Opportunity Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role involves communicating with customers, making outbound/inbound calls, following up on leads, and growing our customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Salary Range

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $40,000 and $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, there are opportunities for uncapped commission earnings based on gross profit.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through regular phone calls and visits to build relationships and grow business.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM software daily.
  • Present sales solutions to potential and existing customers to drive business growth.
  • Prospect new business opportunities in assigned territories and verticals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets as set by the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management and industrial sales required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Hubspot) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
