Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.

Job Description
  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer applications and software.
  • You will consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to identified issues.
  • As an expert in application analysis, you will provide advice and training to users in response to their difficulties.
  • Additionally, you will collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field is necessary.
