Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology platform
- Collaborating with production team members to assess the scope of work and produce cost and timeline estimates for translation projects
- Initiating all project-related work by providing detailed budget, schedule, and instructions to the project team and anticipating potential pitfalls or roadblocks to successful completion
- Serving as the central point of contact for external clients and internal production staff, setting and fulfilling client expectations
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 880+)
- At least one year of customer-facing experience (including internships or part-time jobs)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
