Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Uptown Life Concierge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry. You will also oversee the preparation of reports and order office supplies as needed.

If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Oversseeing the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
