**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies
* Provide expertise in SAP modules and SharePoint
* Manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance organizational capabilities
* Analyze business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement

**Requirements:**

* 10+ years of experience in change management or a related field
* Proficiency in SAP modules and SharePoint
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
* Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred
