Senior Change Management Analyst

Location:

Huntel Global Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and implementing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level change management support to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct thorough analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in change management or a related field
  • Proficiency in SAP modules and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
