* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies
* Providing expertise in SAP modules and SharePoint to drive business process improvements
* Managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements
* Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in change management or a related field
* Proficiency in SAP modules and SharePoint
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred
