Senior Change Management Analyst

Location:

Huntel Global Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and implementing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level change management support to drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in change management or a related field
  • Proficient in SAP modules and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible and adaptable with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
