About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Services Technician to join our team at Verra Mobility. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for installing, relocating, repairing, and maintaining digital Photo Enforcement solutions for municipal Public Safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain digital Photo Enforcement solutions, ensuring equipment meets strict standards for uptime and performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and respond to time-sensitive requests, working independently or at the direction of a supervisor.
  • Identify and resolve system performance issues related to equipment, radar, camera configurations, vandalism, environmental factors, equipment deficiencies, or other factors.

Work Environment:

As a Field Services Technician, you will regularly work outdoors or driving, with approximately 90% of your time spent in these environments. You will also be required to work on call outside of normal business hours, travel occasionally, and work overtime and/or night shifts.

Requirements:

  • Two-to-three year college program completion in electronics, engineering, or computer science, or related work experience of 3+ years.
  • Experience in digital photography, network installation, and computer technology.
  • Ability to work outside with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
