Job Summary

Meridia Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join the team at Paramount Power Systems, a leading provider of emergency standby power systems. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine generator maintenance and minor repairs, as well as assisting senior technicians with complex generator services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine generator maintenance and minor repairs, including setup and tear down of equipment, visual inspections, and oil and filter changes.
  • Assist senior technicians with complex generator services, including shop and on-site work.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, both in-house and on client sites.
  • Complete service work order forms and submit service work information to the Service Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education an asset.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Mechanically inclined with strong electrical/mechanical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to lift heavy.
  • Demonstrate initiative and strong spatial awareness.
