Managing Consultant - Group Retirement Solutions

People Corporation is a leading provider of benefits, retirement, wealth, wellness, and human resource solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Consultant to join our Group Retirement Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver proactive consulting services to ensure their retirement solutions needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of group retirement solutions, including plan design, legislative requirements, investments, governance, and taxation.
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Implement and provide ongoing servicing of Group Retirement Solutions clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service and solutions for clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the retirement or pension industry, with a proven track record of building strong business relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
  • RPA, CEBS designation considered an asset.
  • Life licensed, or willingness to complete.
  • Access to a car and a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in French is an asset.
