About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Consultant to join our Group Retirement Solutions team at People Corporation.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and provide exceptional support to our clients in the retirement and pension industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver proactive consulting services to ensure their retirement and pension needs are met.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to drive business growth and client retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong governance model for retirement clients.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials and following up with comprehensive meeting minutes and action items.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the retirement or pension industry with a proven track record of building strong business relationships.
  • Solutions-oriented with excellent business and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
  • RPA, CEBS designation considered an asset.
  • Life licensed, or willingness to complete.
