AECOM is seeking a skilled Communications Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is based out of Mississauga and offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and organize stakeholder meetings, ensuring seamless logistical arrangements and effective communication.
- Act as the primary liaison among stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication and ensuring all parties are informed about meeting schedules, updates, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, including meeting minutes, attendance logs, and action items, and generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and conflicts, promote collaborative relationships, and assist in the development and execution of engagement strategies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, facilitate meaningful discussions during meetings, and assist in organizing events and activities to ensure smooth operations.
- University degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or government setting, with a focus on stakeholder relationships.
- A master's degree is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
