Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Best Western Terrace Inn and Terrace Inn Liquor Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a 35 to 40 hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency.
