We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Chopped Leaf. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Order supplies and equipment, and manage inventory and records
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, and maintain quality control

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
