We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Earls Restaurant Prince George Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor inventory and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- 2+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the kitchen team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
