Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items to order, including frying, grilling, and heating
  • Take customer orders and operate a cash register
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
