Food Service Supervisor

Kingsway Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient work schedules to meet food preparation and service demands
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
