Food Service Supervisor

Kingsway Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from us.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring our staff to be flexible and able to work well under pressure.
