Food Service Supervisor

Kingsway Restaurant is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food preparation and service. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate work schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Lead a team of staff who prepare and serve meals, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Provide training and guidance on job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service best practices
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure smooth meal preparation
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Supervise and coordinate the assembly of trays and other food presentation tasks
This fast-paced role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and possess a secondary school diploma.
