FRESH SLICE - ARMSTRONG is seeking a skilled Food Services Operations Manager to join our team. As the lead in food services operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Food Services Operations Manager at FRESH SLICE - ARMSTRONG, your primary focus will be on planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including supervising 3-4 people, enforcing health and safety regulations, and participating in marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and cost products and services
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Lead and instruct individuals, address customers' complaints, and provide customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to relocate and willing to travel
  • Certified in Food Safety
