Job Title: Corporate Travel Advisor

Direct Travel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Travel Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Canada West Region Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of client travel reservations, including domestic and transborder bookings.
  • Develop creative solutions to serve client needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review all reservations for travel policy and procedure compliance and ensure that all reservation files pass quality control prior to ticket issuance.
  • Provide quality service to each corporate client and support preferred vendor agreements.
Requirements:
  • Three years' experience as a corporate travel advisor.
  • Travel School Graduate preferred.
  • Experience with Domestic and Transborder reservations.
  • Hands-on Car/Hotel reservation knowledge.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience on designated GDS - Sabre.
  • Excellent customer service ability.
  • Solid communications techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem solver and ability to think 'outside the box' for customers.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to be flexible and multi-task.
