Job Title: Corporate Travel Advisor

Direct Travel is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Canada West Region Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of client travel reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop creative solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in travel management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, ensuring you remain a trusted advisor for our clients.
  • Review all reservations for compliance with travel policy and procedure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Three years' experience as a corporate travel advisor.
  • Travel School Graduate preferred.
  • Experience with Domestic and Transborder reservations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of car and hotel reservations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
