Direct Travel is seeking a skilled Corporate Travel Advisor to join our Canada West Region Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients, ensuring seamless and cost-effective travel arrangements that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of client travel reservations, including domestic and transborder bookings.
  • Develop creative solutions to serve client needs, leveraging your expertise in airline ticketing rules and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring you remain a trusted advisor for our clients.
  • Review all reservations for travel policy and procedure compliance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support preferred vendor agreements and negotiate rates to ensure the best possible value for our clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and delivery of travel services.
Requirements
  • Three years' experience as a corporate travel advisor, with a strong background in airline ticketing and GDS systems.
  • Travel School Graduate preferred, with a focus on corporate travel management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
