The Manulife Wealth team is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Wealth Management Transition Lead.

About the Role

This key position plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth transition of advisors from other firms to Manulife Wealth, minimizing disruption to their business and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for onboarding and transitions, driving high performance and continuous development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align onboarding strategies with the company's overall objectives, promoting seamless integration.
  • Work closely with key partners to provide comprehensive training and support to new advisors during their transition period.
  • Develop and implement effective transition processes for advisors moving to Manulife Wealth, ensuring minimal disruption to their business.
  • Maintain key performance indicators and report on the effectiveness of onboarding and transition initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including recruitment, training, compliance, and IT teams, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team, driving growth and success.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and industry regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology platforms, leveraging innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 CAD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, mental health, vision care, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and employee assistance programs, designed to support your overall well-being and career growth.
