Job Description

Wealth Management Executive Lead

This role is accountable for leading a team of Financial Planners to achieve established sales targets and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Financial Planners by establishing practice management standards, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching for success in sales and services targets.
  • Provide advice and support to the team to implement complex financial solutions that require a higher level of expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external partners to maximize the effectiveness of the distribution network and develop an integrated experience for Members.
  • Develop and share best practices, sales ideas, and business development strategies with peers and senior leadership.
  • Stay current on regulations and industry changes, and develop strong connections within the industry.
  • Conduct regular reviews with the team to ensure proper execution of policies and procedures, and adherence to compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of related experience in financial services sales management.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and other wealth accreditations are an asset.
  • MFDA or IIROC license required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Wealth Management products and services.
  • Effective planning, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout Ontario to meet with team members and attend leadership meetings.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
