About the Opportunity
We are seeking a licensed Industrial Millwright 433A to join our maintenance team. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves the preventative, predictive, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot problems on plant equipment and determine maintenance requirements.
- Respond to breakdowns on plant equipment, facilities, and buildings.
- Maintain preventative maintenance programs and ensure regular checks and lubrication on all equipment.
- Operate boiler systems, heating, steam, and energy supply.
- Assist with minor electrical repairs and reset safely.
- Install plant equipment and assist in equipment design.
- Determine required fits for various services, including antifriction bearings.
- Handle heavy equipment safely and have knowledge of foundation work.
- Support a 24/7 operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Certified Industrial Millwright 433A license
- 3-5 years working in a manufacturing environment
- Technical knowledge
- Positive, can-do attitude/Initiative
- Physically fit
- Able to work rotating shifts: 4 days on/4 days off rotating day/night
