About This Opportunity

The Merchandising Team Lead will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction for Coca-Cola Canada's retail customers. This role will be responsible for leading a team of merchandisers to ensure that our products are displayed and stocked effectively in-store, resulting in increased sales and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of merchandisers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement effective retail execution strategies to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales and customer strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement plans to improve in-store execution and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and develop a team of merchandisers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product
