The Coca-Cola Canada Merchandising Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across the Vancouver LML territory. This key position oversees the execution of strategic priorities, ensuring our customers' stores are always stocked with our beverages to maximize sales and meet company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate and optimize customer service levels, aligning with company guidelines to drive business results.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor adherence to execution standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule team members to meet business demands, flexing labor to match volume.
  • Manage team performance within labor and operating budget constraints.
  • Collaborate daily with internal Sales and Customer Operations partners to ensure alignment on all initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of progressive Sales experience.
  • Previous experience in account management at a consumer goods organization.
  • Complex selling knowledge with proven ability to create and sell-in customer-specific promotional programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and business systems.
  • Proficient experience with computer applications such as SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of budgets and operating costs.
  • Customer-focused with proven relationship-building strengths and experience developing workforce plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse perspectives.
  • Accomplished team-builder with skills in inspiring, motivating, and developing people.
  • Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
