About This Opportunity
The Coca-Cola Canada Merchandising Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across the Vancouver LML territory. This key position oversees the execution of strategic priorities, ensuring our customers' stores are always stocked with our beverages to maximize sales and meet company standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they excel in their roles.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate and optimize customer service levels, aligning with company guidelines to drive business results.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor adherence to execution standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage team labor and operating budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate closely with internal Sales and Customer Operations teams to ensure alignment on all initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of progressive Sales experience, with a focus on account management in a consumer goods organization.
- Complex selling knowledge, with a proven ability to create and sell-in customer-specific promotional programs and key initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications such as SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills and experience developing workforce plans based on business goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
