Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Canadian Consulting Engineers. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accurate records, and perform various administrative tasks as required.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members and clients.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and surrounding offices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
