Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Canadian Consulting Engineers. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and company.
  • Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Relay messages, schedule appointments, and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ordering and Inventory: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked front desk.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including client information, appointments, and correspondence.
