Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Canadian Consulting Engineers. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
