Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the daily management of kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Staff Management: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, providing constructive feedback, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Chef Experience: Proven track record of success as an executive chef or sous chef in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
