We are seeking a skilled Stone Finishing Specialist to join our team at Milano Stone Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect products for quality control and ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Operate machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs, or other stone products to specific shapes or designs, producing a smooth finish.
  • Perform ongoing machine adjustments to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Drill holes in blocks or slabs of stone according to specifications using precision machinery.
  • Finish surfaces of castings using screed or trowel to achieve a high-quality finish.
Requirements
  • Ability to work with heavy loads (up to 23 kg/50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Accurate and reliable with excellent oral communication skills.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Benefits
  • Competitive estimated salary: $**60,000 - $80,000 per year**, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment

The work site environment is noisy and dusty. A steel-toed safety boot is required for this position.
