We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Tech Sales Specialist to join our team at EightSix Network. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to take their career to the next level.
About the Role
This role involves promoting our cutting-edge products and solutions to new and existing customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through strategic sales efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as their applications and benefits.
- Promote our offerings to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and service.
- Build relationships with customers at all levels, from frontline staff to senior executives.
- Create and present customized proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Follow up on client proposals promptly, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to promote our products and services.
- Arrange and conduct customer meetings and presentations, both in-person and online.
- Provide exceptional customer support in all situations.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to develop new marketing materials and update existing ones.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with key players.
Requirements:
- Proven successful experience in a technical sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems and drawings.
- Excellent customer-focused interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experienced in developing high-level relationships with new and existing clients.
- Comfortable interacting with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Drive to succeed and willingness to take on new challenges, with a can-do attitude.
- Team player, adaptable, and innovative in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the USA, as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- An Engineering or Business degree/diploma is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of previous outside technical sales experience in a similar field.
