About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our Canada operations. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the overall student experience meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to create brand awareness and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate local sales and marketing teams to achieve performance and engagement targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, partners, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with global teams to leverage the platform and ensure seamless execution
  • Act as a positive ambassador for Crimson Education's culture and values
  • Ensure accurate and regular reporting and compliance with our standard operating procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience in a sales and marketing role
  • Strong appetite for success and growth, with a proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets
  • High level of critical thinking, commercial and strategic agility
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Relentless ambition and a growth mindset
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Storyblok, Google Analytics
  • Experience in social media marketing, including Facebook, IG, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
  • Understanding of the Canada education scene, with knowledge of overseas admissions or education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top 20 university
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus
  • Right to work in Canada
