About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our Canada operations. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth and expansion in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to create brand awareness and drive revenue growth in Canada.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, partners, and media outlets.
  • Collaborate with global teams to leverage the Crimson Education platform and ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and compliance with Crimson Education's standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in a complex market.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
