About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving local sales and marketing teams, developing and executing a marketing and sales strategy, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive local sales and marketing teams to ensure team performance and engagement
- Develop and execute a marketing and sales strategy to create brand value and awareness
- Drive highly profitable operations through close management of the P&L
- Coordinate and maintain close communication with global teams to effectively leverage the platform and ensure seamless execution
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Canada, including educational fair organizers and other partners
- Act as a positive ambassador for Crimson's culture through daily actions that instill our core values and represent the company at events and conferences
- Ensure accurate and regular reporting and compliance to Crimson's standard operating procedures
- Identify potential M&A opportunities that will be accretive to the overall platform
- Ensure the overall student experience creates a positive NPS
- Optimize education coordination and strategist models in the region to achieve both net profit and NPS targets
- Oversee student support and resources to ensure students are achieving their goals
- Identify and form relevant partnerships
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of people leadership experience
- A strong appetite to succeed and achieve growth and operational excellence
- A high level of critical thinking and solid commercial and strategic agility
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relentless ambition
- Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Storyblok, Google Analytics
- Experience in social media marketing, including Facebook, IG, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
- Understanding of the Canada education scene and overseas admissions knowledge or overseas education is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top 20 university
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus
- Right to work in Canada
