We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our Canadian operations and drive business growth in the education sector. This is a full-time remote position based in Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in managing local teams and executing strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and sales strategy to create brand awareness and drive business growth in Canada.
The Country Manager will also be responsible for managing the local sales and marketing teams, ensuring team performance and engagement, and driving highly profitable operations. They will work closely with global teams to leverage the platform and ensure seamless execution.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience and a strong appetite to succeed and achieve growth and operational excellence. They will have experience in executing sales and marketing strategic initiatives and best practices within a complex business environment. They will also have strong commercial and strategic agility, professional communication skills, and a relentless ambition to succeed.
