About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Business Technology engineering teams at Jobber. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving discovery and supporting the delivery of in-product experiences, platform capabilities, and product integrations that drive critical value for our marketing, sales, and partnerships teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take on the responsibilities of a Scrum Team Product Owner for our in-house engineering teams, executing the product management workflow, backlog management, and participating in Scrum events.
  • Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas, prioritizing building what matters to achieve our company's strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Be responsible for cross-functional program management, helping manage and drive complex cross-functional projects that require both technical and non-technical deliverables.
  • Drive project planning and execution, provide proactive transparency to stakeholders, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of their scope.
  • Educate, mentor, and train team members across the company on product methodology and philosophy.
Requirements
  • Career experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
  • A track record of building and shipping multiple products or technical solutions that have successfully delivered value.
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance technical functionality with performance and maintainability.
  • A data-driven mindset, looking to data to define a problem and prove success.
  • A strong technical background enabling engagement with engineers about architecture and technical considerations.
