We are seeking a skilled Transformation Change Strategist to join our team at Bevertec.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead organizational change management activities and ensure smooth system adoption. As a Transformation Change Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective strategies to manage change, creating training materials, and ensuring successful delivery of training to all relevant stakeholders.

The role involves overseeing communications and engagement activities to foster buy-in from all stakeholders, identifying and addressing concerns, and ensuring that the organization transitions smoothly to the new system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change schedules, plans, and strategies to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Lead communication and engagement efforts to foster alignment and support for the new system among key stakeholders, including leadership, end users, project teams, and IT teams.
  • Create and deliver training materials, such as manuals, guides, eLearning content, and video tutorials, ensuring content is accessible and engaging for various user groups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with project teams to develop a system for post-implementation support, including follow-up training, resources, and help desk support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Additionally, you should have experience in change management and training program development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
