Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join our team at Streem Link Communications. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our installation and repair services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Coordination: Identify customer service needs and assign the most suitable service technician to the job, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Provide accurate time estimates for work requests and schedule appointments to meet customer needs, while also managing the time of our service technicians.
  • Service Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of our service technicians and update completion notes on work performed, ensuring that our customers are informed and satisfied.
  • Problem Resolution: Notify supervisors of any extraordinary problems and follow through to completion, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible outcome.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in dispatch and telecommunication industries is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent customer service skills, both externally and internally, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Administrative Skills: Proper administrative skills and general office etiquette are essential for success in this role.
